Gallery: Great feature where all users can make their own gallery and choose if it's gonna be private or if other users can view & rate the work.
Rules: They are still working on the rules.
The Goodies: New members need to make a total of 25 posts to open the doors to their goodies.
Invites/Join: Recruitments can be found but the can be hard because the tracker hasn't officially opened yet.

Summary: SMMC is a community with a tracker part not the other way around. Pretty good looking visually. Not much content yet but the place is only ~1 week old. If you are a "community person" who likes to download torrents from time to time this is a good place for you.
