Digital Hive is a veteran among torrent trackers and will celebrate it's 4th birthday in may this year. The design of the site is good, speeds are good thanks to gigabit boxes, torrents are alive for a long time & the forum & Irc are active. They have a bonus system for idling in Irc 350mb/day.
Torrents & Categories: Pre-times are good, speeds are good & they have around 1000 freeleech torrents so ratio shouldn't be a problem even for those with slow up speed. Torrents needs to be seeded to a 1:1 ratio or 72 hours.
Forum: An active forum with friendly users & active admins and moderators make their Forum a nice place to hang out in.

DH is a good general/0day tracker, it's an easy place to have good ratio on even if you have slow up speed thanks to their huge amount of FL & irc bonus. Their design (recently changed) is great looking, staff members are fair and ordinary users are friendly.

The admins can be arbitrarily testy and unreasonable. They have no appreciation or respect for their users, no matter how long they have been members. They are often petty and childish. Don't waste your time here.
This is so good principally because of the speed it has, that's incomparable I think that's what every single person around th world would like to get including me.
Never again will i log in there.
I found FYT to be a much better place.
Great pre times and ratio free.
I have seen some very childish behaviour from the admin staff, but fair enough site if you follow the rules.
