Some changes are said to be made including:
*English default language.
*Bonus system.
*Both Scene, p2p content will be allowed.
*Own encoder group.
They are currently in beta testing state and the new layouts + new engine is expected to be finished soon.
Everyone that was a user on ITN will have info about the re-opening date sent to their emails.
If ITN will have a recruitment there is yet unknown. It's pretty safe to say that they never will have open signups. If the old users will receive invites or they will have IRC interviews is to me yet unknown.
I wish ITN the best of luck and hopes that the re-opening will happen and that the site manage to stay alive longer this time. It's always sad when new promising trackers die.

Yes, iTN was very promising tracker with great potential, I hope that they will be better than that they were in the starting.

I think that it is great that they are trying to bring that up. I know that it is a hard work to try to bring that program up but the beta testing worth its weight in gold.
